Susan Lowrey
Susan Lowrey founded Physician’s Billing Center in 1992. In 1999, she changed the name of the company to BillingNetwork and wrote the patented process for billing on the Internet. That patent was awarded in 2001 to BillingNetwork. Susan attended Christopher Newport University where she attained a B.S. in Biology. She took graduate courses at both the University of Hawaii and the University of Florida. She also earned certification as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist and became a Certified Professional Coder in 2003.
Susan has 30 years of experience in management, including laboratory and medical practice management. She is the author or co-author of numerous scientific publications.
Debora Ripple
Deb Ripple grew up in New York State, then moved to Ohio. Deb finally made the move to Florida 6 years ago. She brought 10 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management as well as banking with her to BillingNetwork. Deb has been with BillingNetwork k for 5 years and progressing from an entry level position to Management, due to her diligence and knowledge of the field. Deb has achieved the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist certification in 2003. Her specialty at BillingNetwork is training other employees and our clients’ clinical support staff to assure a clean claim process. She enjoys her job and is very proud of her accomplishments.
Dave Prescott
Dave administrates the BillingNetwork servers and network security systems. He was involved in the conception and integration of the current client/server system employed at BillingNetwork.
Dave came to us with an extensive engineering background in design, implementation and integration of computer systems for controlling unmanned remote satellite tracking stations. He obtained his BA in BIO/PHYSICS at Rutgers University where he taught Physics and Microprocessor application design before he returned to industry in Design Engineering of Satellite TT&C systems.
