Sarasota, FL - November 1, 2006 - BillingNetwork (BNK) joins forces with Automated Billing Company (ABC)
Susan Lowrey and Shavonne Steding were pleased to announce the merger of their companies under the BillingNetwork flag. This merger brought together two strong companies to offer more than 120 years of combined billing experience to their clients. Stated Lowrey today, "Shavonne and I have had the desire to work together since we first met. This is the perfect opportunity to combine our interests and grow together".
The merger involves billing for 50 offices and annual revenues of $850,000.
