We are fully involved in the HIPAA process so that as new regulations are released our solution is updated, as are you.

Practice Management

With DirectAccess, you are able to manage your office with detailed reporting. Since your practice's billing and collection phone calls will be handled by BillingNetwork, your telephone lines will be freed up to deal with patient medical issues and growing your practice.

DirectAccess Training

BillingNetwork provides training at our site, at your site, or online. Training is available in two hour blocks and must be scheduled in advance. Contact us for pricing information.

Technical support is not needed at the client site as DirectAccess resides at BillingNetwork's location. BillingNetwork will ensure your billing information is available 24/7 with our in-house technical support program, daily back-ups, and redundant systems.
